Judges comments: First place has it all. Peak action, great emotion, the ball and no cut off appendages. This is a unique image and Kin Man Hui capyured it wonderfully. Second place is so unique that we had to put it above third but thre was much discussion about that decvision. Not only have w e never seen this picture before but the photographer captured some good story-telling elements in the background. Good photo. Third place is a wonderful and intense moment. the picture was very tight and is tack sharp and really shows the intensity of the game. This almost made second place.
